Today 4MPV got class in fishery products..Many types of product such as "dried crackers" (keropok kering), "wet crackers" (keropok lekor) n"instant crackers" (keropok segera) were produced proudly in here..
Finished products of the keropok lekor..
1st they mix the ingredients together..2nd, mould it into cylinder shape..lastly they put it into boiling water until they get float .
The semifinished instant fish crackers..after 40 minutes steamed, put into freezer overnight..Cut into pieces n finally fry it..Packing tightly is needed for preservation after cooling down the temperature into ambient..
After all, cleaning n disinfection were required to keep the debris n the germ away..Zainul Faris sedang tekun mengemop lantai..
After 6 period P & P..it's time to have a rest..for sure in my first class suite room all the way...Equipment storage room..
