For a quick cooking..1st boil agar strip with water..Add a lot of rock sugar n white sugar..finally add some color n flavor for contemporary dried agar..for keeping this as traditionally, just add the pandan leaves to give the pandanus flavor..pour into mould n keep it inside chiller..after a few moments..it'll set n take it out for drying step..
